A user account is not strictly required. For your order, we only need an email address to inform you about the progress and to give you access to your personal area. However, a registered account is helpful - for example, for repeat orders or for an overview of past orders.

You can conveniently pay via PayPal or on account.

Yes, you will automatically receive a PDF invoice by email after the service is completed.

• Select a product.

• Choose your desired payment method at checkout and provide your contact information.

• You will now receive an email with access to your personal project area. Here you can upload all project documents (e.g. plans, details about the project such as perspective wishes).

• After an initial review, your project will go into production - always in close coordination with you. Once you have chosen your perfect perspective, we will bring your design to life. Coordination with our design team takes place digitally and without the hassle of printing.

• Finally, the completed data will be made available to you for download.

The more detailed the documents, the more precise the results. If available: please also provide planning documents, sketches, images or location specifications. We accept common file formats such as DWG, PDF, and JPG.

Changes are only limited possible to a limited extent after the order has been completed. Please contact us as soon as possible (service@nimbus-3D.com, indicating your order number) if adjustments are necessary.

Yes, for urgent projects we offer an express delivery option that you can easily add during the product selection.
